So, back from my short holidays in Corfu, where I had a GREAT time, thanks to the amazing island and Alex! If only I could stay there for a bit longer... But better a few days than not going at all!
This time it took me only three days after my trip to find my mojo... not bad ;o)
Here is the card I made today:
As you can see from the following close-up, I have actually punched the butterflies on the white cardstock, and then added patterned paper below that:
Also, I have made the card a bit more dimensional, by adding foam tape below the two levels:
The inspirations for these cards have been the following challenges:
- Lily Pad Card Lucy's Lovely Lines challenge with the following sketch:
- CAS-ual Fridays Challenge CFC13 - the Long and Short of it, ie. create a 4x9 card and keep it Clean And Simple
- Wee Memories # 63 - Dare to color, ie. use no less than four colours
Hope you like it!
Supplies: Dark green cardstock, red marker, plus:

I really like your idea of punching out the butterflies, and then "coloring" them from behind with various papers! Beautiful take on Lucy's sketch - thanks so much for playing with us at Lily Pad Cards, Anastasia!
